The space

Recently constructed fully furnished, light, airy and comfy studios with 1 room, 1 small loft and a big terrace. Each studio has storage spaces (drawers), a hanger, a double bed and a single adult size loft bed. Each studio has its own fully functional kitchen with all the necessary equipment: dinnerware, cutlery, glassware, Nespresso  coffee machine (with complementary Nespreso capsules), toaster, kettle, refrigerator and microwave.

 

Guest access

The entrance is located on the main road of Kallithea. Entering to the private property you see a residence of 4 individual apartments and 2 studios. The studios are the ones at the top floor, you cannot miss them! They have a private entrance and a big terrace with a spectacular sea-view. The wide exterior living room may be shared with the adjacent apartment but you can also have your privacy if you wish.

The neighborhood

Actually you are in the center of Kallithea, the largest shopping center in Halkidiki. You can find there many stores like supermarkets, banks, travel agencies, car rental offices, clothing stores, fast foods, restaurants, cafes, bar... Kallithea covers all the needs of even the most demanding visitors.

Getting around

Located on the main road, transportation is a piece of cake. Both bus stop and taxi stand are few steps across the street and car rental offices are a breath away. Of course there are many things to do in walking distance...
